Return Policy

Online Store Return Policy: We gladly accept returns of your unworn or unused items within seven days upon delivery for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges.) Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of package. If you would like to cancel your order you can do so provided the item has not been shipped. All shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

In Store Return Policy:  We gladly accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must be in its original form. Jewelry, shoes, beauty products, hair accessories and sale items are final sale.  No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders.
